operating layer
Skills keep taste from resetting at every prompt.
This is the layer between a director's note and a tool call: brand rules, production recipes, verification habits, and review formats that keep outputs from going generic.
01
open
startup check
starts from vault, repo, backlog, and live truth before edits.
02
close
end session sweep
records commit, deploy, validation, open state, and next pickup.
03
taste
color theory
keeps palette, contrast, mood, and grade decisions intentional.
04
frame
composition
places the subject on purpose and measures where it actually landed.
05
coverage
shotlist cinematography
turns a script into shots: sizes, angles, the axis, and continuity.
06
qc
video check
reviews a finished video by measurement: contact sheets, cuts, and flicker.
